Michael the service manager kept me updated on the progress of my car and what the issue was.Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly. The dealership waiting area was beautiful and so comfortable. Upon checking out everything was explained that was done and a printed copy given, easy and again so friendly. 10 stars.

I've owned multiple Range Rovers over the years. Tallahassee Range Rover aka BMW of Tallahassee is absolutely the best service department experience that you could ever ask for. Video of service techs diagnosis and repair recommendations sent by text is a game changer. Becky and Michael are the best service advisors. Thanks for everything! Will be seeing you on my next annual service.
