I purchased my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee about a week ago from Lia CJDR. The purchase experience went very well from start to finish. I first inquired online and coordinated with Ashely to come in and check out the Jeep. When we arrived the Jeep was waiting right by the door for us with our salesman Michael Blair. He was wonderful through the entire process. Very informative, friendly, and helpful throughout each step. We checked everything out and test drove, traded in my prior vehicle and did the finance process and came back to pick the Jeep up just a couple days later. Im incredibly happy with my purchase and very pleased with the service provided at Lia CJDR.
