They made the entire process quick, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable, which is not something you experience every day. I was not too sure about trading my jeer grand Cherokee in for one with less miles. In sales I dealt with David S. Nice guy.! The day I went to pick up the car, everything seemed to be fine. Drove off the lot. Got a few miles out and all of a sudden engine light came on! Drove back to Lia in Northampton very upset. Then I met Joseph Debuc service guy. Im pretty sure he saw I was SO disappointed. My anxiety was high! Joe gave me a loaner to use until they could find what was wrong. It took a few days but thanks to Dave S and Joe all was fixed. And Dave S was my salesman. Keeping my fingers crossed that all is fixed, thanks to Joe D keeping my cat!
