From the moment we walked onto the showroom floor, Paul, our salesman was helpful. (he told us where the restroom was) We found the car exactly as described on cars.com on the sales lot. Paul was always ready to answer our questions and address any concerns without hovering over us. Overall the buying experience was great and will likely shop/buy from Lia again. The entire experience was great. It started while I was checking out their site, just looking for a new vehicle when I got a call from Brandy. She was informative and helpful. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, Paul listened and asked a few questions to narrow down choices. Never during the entire experience was there pressure to upgrade or add options I was not interested in! They found the exact model and color I was looking for, and made every effort to get me that vehicle. They kept me informed every step of the way. I walked in on Tuesday morning and drove away with my new Renegade on Wednesday afternoon assisted by Justin G and Victor. Many thanks to the entire team for such a great experience!!
