I had a nail in the tire of my brand new Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack. Adam Welch was able to get me right in and fix the issue for me. He and all of the techs here are very friendly, and I was out of there very fast. I appreciate and professionalism the folks in the Lia Dodge Service Department had to offer during my visit.

As someone who hates car shopping, this was a great experience. The sales team was knowledgeable and worked with me to find the options that met my needs. The sales rep, Jake Shaw, was amazing, providing lots of options without being pushy, and worked with me to get what I wanted as quickly as possible. He clearly valued my time but didn't rush me into a decision either. The financial manager, Adam Welsh, was also amenable to negotiation and was flexible with my budget constraints. Both were very easy to work with, and I highly recommend Lia and these folks in particular. While I don't plan on buying another car for a while, I will definitely go back.

Adam Welch was very helpful in explaining that the lane departure feature could cause the steering wheel to vibrate as a means of alerting the driver. Offered to look at my vehicle but I felt assured with his explanation that there was no problem.
