CarfaxReached out to Nick Cordi, Dimitri Kolomiets, Al Davanzo and Gabrielle Demarco in the past two days about our recent service visit. I got no response from any of them. My wife was just in the Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service Department after getting the Lia Lifetime protection plan 5K which included (perhaps): Perform oil & filter change, rotate tires, set tire air pressures, add oil and fuel conditioners. All the tire pressures were still all over the place even after my wife brought this to the attention of the Service Advisor prior to the appointment. Also, the Oil Change Required Light Message was not reset. What else was not done? You need to do better.

But then FREDDIE from Lia Jeep stepped in, dropped the hammer, and had me back on the road faster than a Stone Cold stunner! He body-slammed the wait time, tag-teamed the techs, and hit a flying elbow on the old rubber. Need service? You call Freddie. He doesnt fix cars He WINS MATCHES. WOOOOOOO!!

Cars.comIf you want to have a great experience purchasing or leasing a new vehicle, you must see Frank Wilson at Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I have purchased and leased many vehicles at many dealerships, and this by far was the best experience Ive ever had. Frank found the exact vehicle I wanted, with the features I asked for, even the color!!! I didnt have to settle for anything!!! All while keeping me in my price range, with zero anxiety!! Frank took the time and professionalism to introduce me to my new vehicle and made sure I understood all the features and equipment in it. I didnt feel like just another customer, I felt like Family. I look forward to doing business with Lia, and Frank again soon.
