GoogleThere was a cancelation for an appt to get my Ram 1500 repaired. A service advisor, Arthur Erschen, did a great job! he took care of getting my truck in and scheduled for repair. He even called me several times with updates. Great job. I will return.

GoogleVery pleased with my last visit to LIA Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service department (Arthur Erschen). I had the front and rear differential and transfer case fluid replaced in my Jeep. It took about and hour and a half, which was explained to me. Nice Job!!

I never feel like Im paying for more than I actually need and he always takes the time to listen and explain things to me. I go to LIA to have my jeep serviced just because of AJ.
