If I can give zero stars I would. This dealership is very unprofessional and lacks communication. I called them about a vehicle and had my own financing through USAA. Carl, Gabby, and TJ was horrible when it came to communicating. Granted we are a military family and have to drive 2.5 hours in order to pickup the vehicle. About an hour in the drive they called and said I wasn’t able to pickup that day like agreed upon due to them not having a lien release for the vehicle and that the finance manger Tony also couldn’t let the vehicle leave the lot without first USAA bank sending them funds to their account first. That was Monday, we turned around and gave them another day or 2. It is now Thursday and they still won’t release the vehicle to us due to they don’t have funds. USAA sent them a disbursement of funds certificate and they claim that’s not good enough. I continue to call and text them but the salesperson TJ, Carl and Gabby won’t text me back. Tony the finance manager is now the only one dealing with me and trying to make it right. I’ve always been the one to call to get information from them. They never did a check in to give me status updates or nothing. They seem to not care when you have your own financing and not using their banks. They then hold your car hostage sitting on the lot hoping nothing happen to it while still having it as active available on their website so others can inquire about it. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to NOBODY. If you have your own financing, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THIS was my first time and will be our last time ever stepping foot on a Lia car lot and I will always advise others to do the same

Got a nice deal on a Gladiator! Carl, Nick, TJ and Dimitri were awesome! When I picked up the truck, it was spotless, had a full tank and parked right out front. These guys nailed it!

Vinny (Vincent) Notaro, Nick Cordi, Carl Clarke and Antonio Tirino made my car buying experience the best possible. I went in, Vinny showed my wife and I a few cars, and boom we have a deal (2 deals). He is a great salesman with no pushy BS. They gave me great trade value for my wifes car as well as mine. They also gave us a great deal on our two new Jeeps. 2 cars took 40 mins! We will be back in 4 years! Thanks Boys!
