Leaky Transmission

I've brought my truck in 5-6 times for a leak over the past couple years. I'm told it's not leaking or a part has been replaced and the leak is fixed. When I park my truck in my driveway, it continues to leak. The transmission pan was just replaced and the leak is worse than before. Employees Worked With: Freddy Estrada, Rhonda Dingman

This past May 2026, I was having FOB issues with my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I specifically asked that Freddy Estrada manage my service ticket. Freddy previously handled a mechanically issue my Jeep was having in November 2025. Both times Freddy performed above and beyond my expectations. He really cares about the customer experience. Aside from being very personable, he makes every effort to research warranties and provide outstanding service by keeping in touch with updates, expediting orders and making sure the vehicle is thoroughly checked before I picked it up. Anytime I bring my vehicle to Lia, I make sure Freddy oversees my work order.

I brought it to my service writer Freddy's attention what was going on and with my hectic work schedule he was able to accommodate me. As soon as I had an issue with my truck he was also able to accommodate me with all of the information I needed on who to contact what to tell them what to expect and he was so true to his word my vehicle was ready the next day no questions asked never having to call to see if in fact it was going to be longer or I needed to find a new ride somewhere and I am grateful for that. The service team itself seems to be wonderful but Freddy makes sure that he always goes above and beyond to help me in every in any way that he is able to.
