Secured my own financing on a Nissan Frontier...I was told I would be given a 4 year bumper warranty as part of the deal...once the buying agreement was sent to my bank, the bank called me to inform me I was being charged for the warranty and tax. Also the GM Nick and finance Manager Jake were both not transparent about my trade in value...I was still ready to move forward if the removed the warranty. Jake told me they would not sell me the truck unless I purchased the warranty. The kicker is the dropped the price of the truck the next day by $250. I will never step on a Lia lot again

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jake on our new vehicle purchase. We cant say enough good things about our experience, especially given the fact that we were finalising everything including trade-in, in one day and it happened to be New Years Eve. Jake introduced us to the whole team right away including finance, his manager and anyone else involved in our purchase. He worked as quickly as possible to get us on the road and even stayed late to make sure all of our questions were answered. That level of customer care is rare to see, and we will be recommending Lia Chrysler and especially Jake and team to friends and family looking to upgrade their vehicle.
