On May 5th I went in to see Vinny to purchase a 2024 Jeep Wrangler I saw listed on the website. The whole process with Vinny was simple and easy, he truly helped me find what I was looking for. Highly recommend Vinny for your vehicle purchases. However, with my vehicle purchase I was suppose to receive a $250 gas card which I was told would be sent to me in a couple of days. It’s now June 23rd and I’ve received nothing. I have spoken with an individual named Nick on two separate occasions who assured me on May 29th that my gas card was being sent to me and I’d receive it within 5-7 business days. It is now June 23rd, well over the 5-7 business days and still no gas card. I called back again on June 16th to inquire what was going on and spoke with someone who transferred me and hung up, called back again and was transferred to the service department who than transferred me again, only for me to have a leave another voicemail. To date, I still have received no call back regarding my voicemail or gas card. Very disappointing that you advertise something but aren’t able to stick to your word. Called today 6/25/2026 as instructed to do and no answer.

. Edit: The GM Nick reached out to rectify the issues we were having. Due to his efforts to right the wrong Im changing this review to 4 stars. He went out his way along with Tony the finance manger to solve all the issues we were having and communicated with us a lot better. They even stayed pass closing time because of the traffic we came through since we were traveling over 2.5 hours in order to purchase the vehicle. I really do appreciate the efforts these 2 men contributed to the overall success of making my wife happy with the purchase of her new vehicle.

Secured my own financing on a Nissan Frontier...I was told I would be given a 4 year bumper warranty as part of the deal...once the buying agreement was sent to my bank, the bank called me to inform me I was being charged for the warranty and tax. Also the GM Nick and finance Manager Jake were both not transparent about my trade in value...I was still ready to move forward if the removed the warranty. Jake told me they would not sell me the truck unless I purchased the warranty. The kicker is the dropped the price of the truck the next day by $250. I will never step on a Lia lot again

Fantastic experience! Freddy is absolutely a treasure at the service department. Communication was great. Even if you aren't buying a new vehicle and just need a place for quality sercive, this is the place for you. Had the pleasure of meeting Nick, the GM, also a fantastic person. Overall it's been a posive experience.
