I've brought my truck in 5-6 times for a leak over the past couple years. I'm told it's not leaking or a part has been replaced and the leak is fixed. Have never had an issue with this place. The advisor Rhonda is absolutely above and beyond, including the young man who worked 6/27 when we picked up our jeep. However, I’m not very happy that I had to pay for a diagnostic fee of an issue the tech admitted they did wrong (oil filter was not in right) but was still charged.

Rhonda in service is amazing. I work in an appliance repair service and know how had being in customer service can be, especially when you are booking out but she educated me and assisted with all my questions. I had called with an issue on my husband's Jeep. We didn't buy it here but she helped me in getting the repair set up through them. Rhonda was kind, informative and an excellent communicator. I look forward to doing the repair work with them as soon as they are able to get the part and schedule us.
