Edit to update: We called and spoke to a manager (Mr.Luciano) who told us he would refund us the money if we emailed him all my card information and the amount that was charged to it for the coolant. We sent that information out the same day we spoke to him on the phone, September 10th. We still haven't received the money he promised to refund us and it is now September 22nd. He asked us to remove this review because "it hurts his business," and I was actually going to do that because he seemed very reasonable and was going to solve my issue. I'm glad I decided to wait until AFTER I got the refund, because he never did do the refund he promised. If he ever does do the refund, I'll update my review, but as of now he will have to deal with the consequences. It's wild how petty this dealership is over $54 for a mistake they made. Edit #2: It is now more than a year later and I still never got a refund of any kind. No apology, nothing. Avoid these people at all costs. We caught a heavily leaking coolant hose while an hour and a half from home and stopped in here to get antifreeze. It was 20 minutes before they closed so we ran in and asked for 3 bottles of coolant. It took the guy 10 minutes to get the bottles and another 10 minutes to check us out. We got outside and found out the coolant they sold us was orange (mine takes pink) and they locked the doors behind us and told us to come back in 3 days to return it. Meanwhile we have no coolant and stuck sitting in their parking lot. They just went "sorry we can't help you" and proceeded to leave. Screw this place and everyone who works there. They clearly don't care about their customers. Go anywhere else except here. Don't give them any of your money or business. Oh and by the way, the vehicle that needed the coolant was sold to me by this very dealership. They couldn't care less about their own customers.
