TERRIBLE customer service! Both Amanda and Rick in Sales need a refresher course. Left me with such a poor impression that I wouldn't give them my business even if the price was right. I am two hours away in CT. Told Amanda on Saturday that I'm very interested in a vehicle and can be there first thing Monday morning to purchase it. Can you hold it for me or can I leave a deposit. Manager said NO. She said she'd text me before closing to LMK if car was sold or still available for me to come Monday. Five minutes before closing I decided to call her to inquire. She looked up the car and said it was sold. By her tone/attitude, it was apparent she would not have texted me and I would have driven two hours for nothing. "Good thing I called" I said and hung up in disgust. Monday morning, I get a call from Rick who informed me the car was not sold on Saturday and asked if I was still interested. I said yes and was willing to drive up Tuesday morning to purchase but again asked if they can hold it or take a deposit. Rick said he had to check w/the manager and would call me back - NO CALL BACK. Such unprofessionalism was shown that I would not give them the time of day, regardless.
