Great experience, I was helped by Dan and he made it quite simple. I needed something new after my old ride got totalled and this place was the closest to me. Throughout the buying process no one tried to upsell me on anything and based on the sticker price with the added fees, my 2026 Civic LX was almost exactly what other people paid for it, of course a little more expensive because of the NYS + Albany County taxes 😉 but overall it was great

Daniel Hulbert was so exceptional at assisting me in buying my car and caring for all my needs (affordability, safety, and functionality). He was attentive to my questions about the car buying process, gave me unbiased advice, and was incredibly honest and communicative. Sale was good, delivery....not so much The internet sales was great.....finance (Dan the man) even better. The sale of the car was easy, the delivery was a nightmare that took nearly a month to resolve. Based on the delivery, I would recommend any Honda dealer. Honda vehicles are great....dealerships are pretty much all the same!
