I scheduled an oil change for 4:40 pm but arrived an hour early. Dylan Logan got right to me and checked me in. I requested the cabin filter be changed and he said they would check it and change it if needed. I was kept inform throughout my wait by texts and videos. Turns out I didnt need the cabin filter changed and I was out of there before my original appointment time. Thank you!!

I've always had excellent service at Lia Honda but my last experience was above and beyond due to the outstanding efforts of Dylan Logan, who went much more than an extra mile first patiently trying to find the source of an elusive leak under the floor of my 2017 HR-V and then working hard to ensure that my warranty covered as much of the expense as possible. In the end the leak got fixed and I saved a lot of $$ -who could ask for a better outcome from a potentially frustrating and time-consuming service issue? Without a doubt this is the best service I've ever enjoyed as a longtime vehicle owner and that's entirely to Dylan's credit.
