Lamar Patten my service advisor was great! Lamar listened to my concern about the issue I was having with my car, my time sitting at dealership was addressed by the service manager also. Lamar had Mike the mechanic drive my car and was able to duplicate my car issue. Very grateful!

This year I spent a bit more than last year on keeping my 2006 Honda Element in good shape, but it was worth it to get the brakes in good shape. Service Rep Lamar Patton was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated having the ability to communicate by text about how the work was going while it was in progress.

Lamar Patton was exemplary in getting my Honda Passport serviced and NY inspected. He was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable and professional. He said it would take about 1.5 hours to complete and they were done in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. he kept me informed of what was happening several times while the vehicle was being serviced.

Lamar was a great service Rep. He checked me in and asked me if I had any issues with my vehicle, Besides needing an oil change & a tire rotation. He was very friendly and efficient. Lamar was a pleasure to work with.
