Lamar Patten my service advisor was great! Lamar listened to my concern about the issue I was having with my car, my time sitting at dealership was addressed by the service manager also. Lamar had Mike the mechanic drive my car and was able to duplicate my car issue. Very grateful!

Mr. Kelly please save my time and yours trying to explain this $200 job you actually ended up Charging $778 for. There is no door assembly w motor for this car more than $100. The 2 screws and 3 plug attachments don't add up to $800 buddy that may have required your mechanic people 2-3 hrs to do. You robbed me twice now, the first was my lease in 2018 you didn't credit my equity from lack of driving it, I learned on the 2nd lease and got 6k from Carmax because you guys are scammers. Go away and enjoy the white party w Michael.

One of my wheels fell into a pothole the size of the Grand Canyon entering a Crossgates inner roadway. Immediately my tire pressure light went on and the car became impossible to drive. I had it towed to Lia and service rep Michael took me under his wing, showed me the slit-open tire, and even though a busy day there, he got it right up on the lift for me and a new tire installed. I was on my way within about an hour, grateful and confident again on the road...
