Terrible service, over priced and not transparent with issues. Nate service advisor is useless wasnt willing to help at all and lies. Steve the service manager was just as bad. Will never come here again. Third honda place that just wants to rip you off and not properly fix your car. Getting rid of my Pilot and buying a Toyota going forward.

I had Nate as a service advisor who worked with me explaining which services I needed. It wasnt high pressure where some advisors will make you feel like you must have all these services now. He explained why one was important to do now. If I wanted I could push one or two of the others back to until the next oil change. I also had a couple of service coupons and he figured out which one would work the best for me. Its nice to get a service advisor who explains the what and why behind the service recommendations and what works for how we use the car. I would highly recommend getting my Honda serviced here at Lia and requesting Nate as a service advisor.

I went to Lia Honda Albany for an inspection. Everything went great! Nathan, my service advisor was awesome! Will be back soon for an oil change.
