I would like to recognize Pooja Govindsami, the receptionist at Lia Honda, for her outstanding customer service. Over the past year, she has always been incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful whenever my wife and I have visited or contacted the dealership. She always greets us warmly, listens carefully, and makes every interaction pleasant and easy. My wife and I really appreciate her consistent kindness, genuine care, and professionalism. We sincerely hope her excellent service is recognized.
