Daniel Hulbert made my car buying experience so great! He had excellent communication, and took me through each step seamlessly to make it as stress free as possible. When presenting me with options, he always prioritized what would be best for me long term, financially, and safety wise. I appreciated his humanity and never felt pressured. He is friendly and happy to help, and he even came in on his day off so I could get the car keys sooner. He goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. It didnt feel like a business negotiation, more like a team working towards finding the car that was my perfect fit. 11/10 recommend! :)

Stay far away from this dealer. We are a Honda family and we used to buy all of our cars from Lia. The last 3 vehicles were bought else where and now this one will be as well because of how bad this place is run. My wife called on a car Thursday 2/26 and she was brought on an imaginary sales process by salesman Robert and finance manager Chad where they ran her credit and told her a bunch of nonsense to keep her on the hook. Only for her sales man Robert to leave on Saturday 2/28 until Tuesday 3/3 (according to the receptionist) with zero communication. The car ultimately was sold to someone else this weekend. We found this out on our own, not a call from them. We had a pre approval and a lot of money to put down. It’s also apparent that they don’t like selling cars that are at their sister locations as this is the second time they have done this to us with a vehicle on another one of their other lots. I would of have happily put a deposit down on the car to secure it but her sales guy was too busy playing games and ignoring us. I will never give them a chance to earn my business back again.
