We have purchased all of our vehicles here for well over 16 years now. I never wanted a Honda Element....i test drove 1 here and I fell in love. It was an amazing vehicle especially for our lifestyle at the time. A few later, we traded up for a Honda CRV. Loved my CRV. Recently, we traded up again for a used Honda Pilot. We shopped online at several places and even went to a couple other dealerships but we returned to Lia. Brian Galper was who helped us and he was really a great and honest man to deal with. He put us in our dream vehicle. He made sure we were taken care, our needs were met and he followed up...even after the sale was final, just to check on us. We were never imagining getting a Pilot. He really is credited with making us truly happy. It was another seamless and exciting purchase with this deal ship and with Brian being our sales person... we drove away with confidence of knowing they will continue to take care of us and we will return in the future when it's time to upgrade. I’ve been purchasing Honda’s for 30 years. I have shopped dealers in my home state of CT. I used Honda’s website in search of my new vehicle. Lia Honda in Brewster was the first response. I was skeptical at first as I was not sure how the process worked in purchasing a car in another state. I pursued local dealers however the other 3 did not listen to what I required. I requested a black HR-V. 2027. All of the others were pushing white. My previous 2020 HR-V was white. I made it quite clear I wanted black. Madison Nieves at Lia listened to my request and gave me options as to what they could offer. She worked with me regarding my budget and offered me a 2026 Black and a better trim level. We quickly came to an agreement and she turned over the process to Brian Galper. He was equally as accommodating and a pleasure to work with. He explained the registration process, reviewed the sale and made my wife and I very comfortable with the whole experience. And a special shout out to Brian, he made sure he spoke directly to me and my wife. We have walked away from dealerships that have ignored one of us. Dave Jablesnik, the finance manager was equally as attentive. He did not try to push additional products or services. Very professional. In closing, Lia Honda is 55 minutes from our home. Definitely worth the trip!

I would rather go to the dentist than step into a car dealership but that changed yesterday when I stepped into Lia Honda in Brewster. Normal, everyday people who sell cars. Brian Galper was personable, knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable discussing what I wanted and did not want. Barry Weiss answered my questions clearly and completely. He and Irene Powell accepted my offer, when I was forced to reschedule my original appointment, in order to allow me to make a deposit to hold the car in which I was most interested, until I could get there. We made a new appointment for a couple of days later. Then Brian accompanied me on my test drive, explaining features of the car which were different from the previous Hondas I had owned. I told him I wanted to buy an extended warranty, valid for several years. Within a few minutes, he introduced me to Chris Corbett. Chris went over the options available to me, and the pros and cons of each, with his useful, relevant knowledge, and with welcome, polite humor. I told Barry and Chris that I was ready to pay in full for the certified pre-owned Honda and for a warranty that would be in effect not just for one year, but rather for several years. I am convinced, that Chris proceeded to describe options, with the sincere intention to help me choose the plan that was in my best interests. We agreed on one. Chris guided me with the necessary paperwork. Lots of thanks to Irene Powell, to Barry Weiss, and to Chris Corbett.
