Fabricio and Chris were great. Fabricio assisted me and answered all my questions and the difference between leasing and financing a car. Super knowledgeable, helpful and sweet. Highly highly highly recommend Lia Honda of Brewster. We were upfront and honest about what we were looking for and they delivered 1000% !! Our sales rep, Ryan Oliveira was fantastic! He didn’t hide any “extra costs” or simply tell us “no, this is where you are , there’s nothing we can do”.. He went above and beyond getting us as close to where we wanted to be monthly payments with the exact car we were looking at. He went through everything , deep in detail and didn’t miss a step. Even the financial advisor , Chris Corbett was a pleasure to work with. We even noticed a scuff on the car when we left and he fit us in the next day with no problem and took care of it. Everyone in that dealership was wonderful to work with. If anyone is looking for a Honda, make the trip and go see Ryan! You won’t be disappointed in the service you get here! We’ll definitely be making the trip back to this Honda Dealership.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Lia Honda in Brewster after deciding not to return to Friendly Honda due to repeated disappointment. From beginning to end, the level of service I received at Lia Honda especially from my sales representative, Tess, and Finance Manager, Chris was exceptional. The vehicle I originally planned to trade in was unexpectedly totaled, and Tess went above and beyond by holding the car I intended to purchase for nearly a month. She even checked in on my wellbeing after the accident, which is something you dont see in the sales world too often. When I finally came in to pick up my new car, every sales representative I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and willing to engage in conversation; even those who were not directly assisting me. This level of professionalism is something Ive only experienced at one other dealership, which coincidentally happens to be nearby. Tess was consistently personable, honest, and attentive. After I explained my budget, she showed me several options and was transparent about which vehicles exceeded what I was comfortable spending. She ultimately helped me secure the car I originally wanted and worked closely with her managers to ensure I left completely satisfied. She even took the initiative to address small concerns, such as wiping down interior areas that needed additional cleaning. Chris in finance was equally impressive professional, approachable, and thorough. He answered all of my questions, engaged in genuine conversation, and never pressured me into add-ons I didnt need or want. Thanks to the outstanding service from both Tess and Chris, I never felt rushed, misled, or pressured at any point in the process. I would absolutely return to this dealership in the future and highly recommend making the drive; Even if its over an hour to experience the level of care and professionalism offered at Lia Honda in Brewster.

It's going to be a little longer than usual review because I've been in a bass one month before I purchase the car from Lia Honda looking for nice car to reach my expectation within this month I visit so many dealership I try so many different cars and I went to different state and I watch so many video online and I asked so many mechanic in the end I make my final decision about the car but I didn't make my find decision about the deal so I said before I've been in so many dealership and I met so many people and I will be honest with you I'm not going to say anything about my experience and different dealership that somebody else to judge them but I'm going to tell you about my experience and this dealership with this all gentleman's work there. First of all when I walk in he was nice man his name Mr Andrew McVey Very nice very polite very helpful he tried to do best he can to get me what I want with the best price. Such a patient guy he showed me so many cars and he explained to me everything about cars and he go with me step by step between all the friend cars. After that young gentleman his step in his name Mr Sam Abaza he is the manager . He is very very professional looking person very polite excellent attitude and very helpful he did best he can to earn my business and make me happy and close the deal like I said before I've been so many dealer and I saw so many cars and I have so many deals I have a stack of paper from so many different dealership so in the end he did absolutely great job I'm so pleased with this gentleman. Now we came to the icing on the top of cake. The Mr finance person which is always when you sit with the finance person he gets you and he sell you stuff you don't need and when you leave you don't feel you all the winner. But in my case everything absolutely went excellent first of all is the finance person Mr Chris Corbett He is absolutely one of the kind person very kind very professional very nice very polite very helpful he really he did the great job . It is so pleasant to sign the whole paperwork with him like I said the finest guy always get you but nothing this deale. I have to say the truth Mr Sam Abaza he is really work very hard from the beginning to the end step by step To Make very happy because he promised me to do anything to earn my business and he does. Not to mention the most important thing it's the car the one he gets from me I never see it in any Honda dealership absolutely stunning. Overall they are excellent dealership top to bottom inside and outside. In the end the people make the big difference. Thank you Lia Honda Very good management And the special thank you for Mr Sam Abaza for all your hard work and effort to make this deal a customer happy.
