I recently had my Honda inspected at Lia Honda and I needed some services done. My Service Advisor, Debra Vasconcellos was professional, courteous, transparent and kind. She went above and beyond--even to make sure I had a ride home and back to pick up my vehicle, at no charge to me. Thank you!

I drove in last week without an appointment because I needed an oil change. The Lia Honda staff were very accomodating. I had Debra V. as my advisor. She made sure I had an oil change as requested, as well as a complimentary multipoint inspection and a carwash. I was advised of inspection results which will need immediate as well as future attention. Debra was very pleasant, attentive and helpful. Next time I come in, I plan to ask specifically for her.

From the moment I came into the service lane and Debra Vasconcellos came over to greet me I felt like I was in good hands. She communicated to me on the status of the car as it went thru the service process so I didn't ever wonder what was happening. My expectations were exceeded on this visit.
