My service rep, Lashawn Scatliffe, met me and took care of my car. He kept me informed about a recall notice and made sure that I was taken care of while I was in the service area. When the car was done, he came and made sure the car was washed and was ready for me. Easy, peasy, no worries. Great experience.

I recently had an oil change, tire rotation, alignment and car inspection and much needed carwash(!) done at Lia Brewster. Mr Lashawn Scatliffe oversaw my appointment and answered my questions and everything was done in a timely and prompt manner. I appreciated Mr Scatliffe's attention to detail.

My son lost both his keys in his older Honda civic and we had the car towed to Lia. We were told that the ignition switch had been changed at some point and we might need a new costly ignition switch. Shawn the service advisor found a way to make the keys without needing to replace the switch saving my son three weeks of salary. They didnt have to do that but I really appreciate finding a less costly solution. Thank you so much and we will definitely consider buying our next Honda from you. Any dealer can sell a car but great service makes the difference.
