I brought my car to lia Honda for the first time a couple of years ago and still continue to do so because the team is fantastic. Daniel Henriques, Shaun Edo, Cody and all of the other guys in the service department treated me with respect and fixed my car in a timely manner. Daniel Henriques took very good care of me this round. I can't thank you all enough. I'll be back

Credit to Shaun Edo for outstanding service. My salesperson booked me a service appointment but the time I was told was different than what was showing in Shaun's system. Thus, when I showed up, the system said I was hours late for my scheduled appointment. No worries, he got me in immediately for an alignment and finished with a complementary car wash. He explained what was done to my car and was very personable. I can imagine another dealership telling me to make a new appointment because of the error, but Shaun smoothed it over and got me in and out (and even got my bag of chips which was stuck in the vending machine). Highly recommend.

Horrible service from Shawn, as well as chris the assistant manager. They take advantage of handicap people. I would not recommend this dealership. Not honest at all . Very disappointed.
