We also dealt with Chris for the financing who was also extremely down to earth and made the whole process so easy! Bought a 2026 honda civic. I was told the servicing at 6-month intervals was included in the agreed upon monthly payment. I drop off my rental, and wouldn't ya know, it is not included once I am back in the finance office to close the deal. Now paying more per month. The sales rep Thezamy was rude during this experience after not being upfront about this aspect of the deal. I would also agree with other comments that the sales team is pushier here than other dealerships. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Tessa was amazing throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made us feel comfortable from the start, and helped us find the best option by showing us alternatives that actually fit what we needed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the whole experience enjoyable. Even during the test drive, she made everything feel easy and stress-free. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Tess, my salesperson, went above and beyond. She was able to put together a deal that worked well for me as well as give me a fair trade in value. She even helped me with surprising my wife with the vehicle and placed a bow on it. My wife when we pulled in: “Wow someone’s getting a present today.” Even the finance person was amazing. Highly recommend checking them out.

Lia Honda in Brewster has friendly workers and it is a comfortable and warm setting. Tess is exceptional. She has the warm friendly greeting and beautiful smile. Tess is very knowledgeable in all information about cars and financing. She is very personable, easy to talk to and will help and answer every question you have . A very enjoyable car shopping experience because of Tess. DJ was also very informative and friendly when explaining financing a new car and signing your life away. Very helpful!!!! Highly recommend this car dealership and the friendly clientele especially Tess!!!!!!!!!!
