Terrible! Greg absolutely blew up my teenage daughters phone after a basic inquiry by me, not using or associating her number at all. When I called him and said to stop, he said great, thats what I get paid to do so you call back. Management should know about this, they prob do

So I wish I could give zero stars. First off we were interested in buying a passport at Lia Honda so we put a request in. A couple days later we get a call from a salesman Greg. I picked up the phone call but I was feeding my new born, and we must of got disconnected somehow (hit the end button or no service). Greg then calls us again but left a voicemail saying that was very brave of you, congratulations. The next day I called Greg back and asked him why he left a message like that. He was honest and said I dont usually do that, I was having a bad day. Even if so I would never leave a voicemail to a potential customer. It was very off putting to hear a salesman personally leave a message like that to a customer. We were going to buy from them asap since we need a larger car for our newborn but since we got a message like that from the salesman I would never buy from this dealership ever. I even called to speak to the manager about the situation and they never returned any of my calls or to even apologize.

I recently bought a car from Lia and the entire experience was exceptional. If I emailed 20 places asking for an out the door price, Id be lucky if 5 even sent me an itemized price. Greg at Lia got me the information instantly, never for a second went overboard in trying to hassle me into setting up an appointment and was incredibly respectful. After looking at the numbers, Lia was the best place around by a lot. My salesperson was Troy, and he met with me when I walked in, we spent less than 20 minutes negotiating and I walked out with a price I was happy about in my head well in advance of walking in. Green flags throughout the entire process in terms of information, no crazy markups or fees and the whole team at Lia made it so incredibly easy to deal with the car buying process, which can often be pretty exhausting. Couldnt recommend this place enough.
