Garbage. Bought a car and needed it registered in VT. Charged a flat rate of $500 for registration. Said they would refund the difference in registration cost. When I inquired about it, they refused to show a cost breakdown and said I actually owed them $40. James has a terrible attitude when questioned. Terrible customer service.

We had a fantastic experience at Lia Honda! From start to finish, the team made the process smooth and stress-free. Mary in sales was absolutely fabulous friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and made us feel comfortable throughout. James took us out on a test drive and was so kind and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better. Finally, Michael in finance was excellent very transparent, patient, and helpful, with zero pressure. It was refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cared about our comfort and needs. Highly recommend Lia Honda if youre looking for a dealership that puts people first!

My previous lease was ending soon and was looking for another Honda model that would offer a less expensive monthly lease. I met James Frangiamore at Lia Honda of Enfield. James was able to find me a model that checked most of the boxes I was looking for. James was attentive to my want list and after a quick test drive was able to start the process and had everything in order in a very quick time. Found and had the car prepared on 8.17.24 and once I had my insurance credentials was able to pick up my new 2024 Civic ex. James thank you for making the process painless and efficient.
