I brought in my Ridgeline for a transmission error code that pointed to a torque converter that was covered under a Honda extended warrantee and other items due for the 90K maintenance. Shia Hamilton kept be abreast of all the details as they needed to wait for the torque converter to arrive. I would definitely go back here for my repairs as they are very thorough and I felt reasonable for their charges for the other items I had asked for them to do.

Jesse Robles of the Service Department was very friendly throughout, and highly efficient. He had lots if knowledge about my car and what service I wanted, and gave his insight into the matter. We discussed the parts needed and the total cost in advance. The shop did the work in the timeline needed and there were no surprise costs. They additionally examined the car for other possible future problems. I recommend Lia Honda Service Dept and commend Jesse Robles for his knowledge of the Honda car I brought in.
