Alfredo was absolutely amazing to work with! He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me pinpoint exactly what type of vehicle would be the best fit for me. He walked me through everything, answered all of my questions, and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or forced into buying anything. He made me feel completely at ease and gave me the information I needed to make my own decision. Every interaction was friendly, comfortable, and genuinely helpful. You can tell Alfredo really knows what he’s talking about, but he also knows how to explain things without making the process overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle, especially if you want someone who will actually listen to what you need instead of just trying to make a sale. I will definitely be asking for Alfredo again in the future!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Alfredo at Lia Honda! From the moment I walked in, Alfredo made me feel welcome and treated me like a person rather than just another customer. He was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Buying a car can be stressful, but Alfredo made the entire experience enjoyable and exciting. He answered all my questions, took the time to explain everything, and never made me feel pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I’m extremely happy with my experience and with my vehicle. Just bought a 2026 civic hatchback sport from this location and I have no complaints. I was helped by Alfredo and he did a great job helping me reach the numbers i needed to sign. 10/10 salesmen.
