I can honestly say that I don't think I've ever had a bad from the front desk (shout out to Brigette) Sales (Alfredo is amazing) Service (Jill has been my go-to -- literally goes above and beyond for her clients) all the way down to parts and Crystal at the payment desk. I am going on my third car from them and have continued to get my car serviced here; even though dealerships do tend to be more expensive. They really will work with you to get you the best price or a payment plan or a rental for the day or something covered under your warranty. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place and strongly encourage others to check it out.

Desean Martinez helped us through the process by showing us the used cars Lia Honda had that fit what models we were interested in. We considered trading our Crosstrek, but we realized keeping it would make it a quality second car. Desean made us feel comfortable for the entire ordeal.

My husband and I went to Lia Honda after looking for cars at two other dealerships. We met Chad Olech and his personality was a perfect match for my husband and I. He listened to our needs and was able to give us the deal we wanted. He was HONEST with us, something that was missing in the previous dealerships. After buying the vehicle his follow up was excellent! If we were to buy another car in the future, we would seek out Chad again, and only Chad. His communication was excellent, he was VERY knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We rate him 5 stars!

I had a very pleasant experience at Lia Honda in Northampton. Buying a new/used car is not one of my favorite things to do. But I worked with Chad Olech as my salesperson. He was great to work with very knowledgeable and not pushy. I knew what I was looking for(SUV) but no particular type of vehicle. We test drove a couple of cars then through our conversation matched me up with a Honda Passport. I fell in love with it immediately. When we talked price he was very open to me about the negotiations and I settled on a very fair price. After this, I went and talked to Ally and she couldn't have been nicer walking me through the closing of the purchase. I would also add I talked with Bridgette at first and through her knowledge and kindness got me to come into the dealership. I highly recommend these three individuals to work with if you are thinking of buying a new/used car. Kudos Northampton Honda!
