Sales Associate Desean Martinez helped us figure out the workings and features on the new car and Parts Manager Dale S was, as always, a great help getting the car set up with equipment we needed!!

Worst car buying experience of my life. The car is great and I thought I could just forgive and forget all the stuff that was terribly handled with my account but I cannot. Continuous delays in delivery, poor communication, terrible incompetent service employees that installed overpriced accessories incorrectly, damaging my NEW vehicle multiple times, overpriced basically nontransferable warranties pushed beyond refusal, and a gm that seemed drunk when I met him.... I'm going to be encouraging Honda corporate shut this xxxxshow down. Pathetic

The parts department manager, Dale Stanisewski, is anything but amiable. If you're looking for service, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I locked my keys in my car and when I called to request a copy of the keys, they went out of their way to make me a new pair within an hour and deliver them to me so I wouldn't have to pay a locksmith. Really unexpected. Great service not only from customer relations but also from the parts department.
