I would not buy a car from this Honda dealer ever. The worst experience compared to three other Honda dealers Ive purchased vehicles from over the years. Once the paperwork is signed they dont care anymore. Chad was rude and horrible customer service. I said multiple times I would be picking my car up Friday. When I called to ask if everything was all set for pick, he quickly snapped why would it be ready tomorrow? I would give him zero stars if I could. So I spoke to Mike, who said things were all set. It was first up to be certified in the morning. He was off the following day. Juan the Sales Manager, was the one I spoke with when I was picking up my car. His demeanor and lack of care it is no wonder why Chad treats customers how he does. The car I purchased was supposed to be certified, but it wasnt even detailed properly, Juan even stated. The trunk cover had a splotch of something on it. I went in and showed Juan who then sent it back to be cleaned. After waiting about 20/30 mins, I asked Juan how much longer until its ready. He replied it is ready, they/he didnt tell you. I go out to my car that was left running for who knows how long. I checked the spot that was supposed to be cleaned. It was not. You would think, Juan would have had them properly detail it as well. I go back in and ask Juan if he checked the car after it was done. He did not so I asked him to come look. He said it shouldnt be like that. I asked for a replacement. He went to get another one. His annoyance was crystal clear through the process. Luckily there was Mike, the GM, but unfortunately not on pick up day. He was very receptive, genuinely wants to ensure future customers dont have the experience I did and is helping to make this right. Also Ally, the finance person was great! Honest and great customer service!

Juan and Jay both helped me wonderfully with getting my first lease and I am happy with their great way of communicating with me and giving me the opportunity to express myself, I mean I got a great deal, definitely recommend them every time youre here at Lia Honda.

This is the third car purchased from Lia Honda and the nicest experience. The "new" sales manager Juan is very congenial and sales person Exavier is excellent. If you're shopping for a Honda, you might want to swing by Northampton!

This dealership has great staff and customer service. Nathan Dejesus was our salesman and he did a great job. Explained all the options of the Accord we were considering and was patient with all our questions. He, and the sales manager, Juan Lozada, were not your typical sales people, no high pressure techniques or constant phone calls or text messages. I would definitely recommend Lia Honda to anyone and encourage them to work with Nathan and Juan. They made our experience at the dealership a pleasure.

Great experience at Lia Honda in Northampton. Starting with our initial interactions with Jessica who was super kind, understanding, and accommodating after I explained what we were looking for and what we had been thru already at another location. She set us up with an appointment, unfortunately, the vehicle we wanted to test drive got sold or swapped earlier that day so we werent able to drive it. Not a big deal, we test drove the vehicle elsewhere. I reached back out to Lia after driving it and deciding we liked it. Jessica put us in touch with Nathan Dejesus who was knowledgeable, patient, and willing to advocate for us as his customers! He and Juan(I hope I have the right name?) helped us by finding a vehicle at another dealership that matched our wants and got it to Lia in Northampton in a timely manner! Ally in finance was great too and super patient with our not so patient little one!! It was also a nice touch to meet the GM Michael during the delivery of our vehicle. Would definitely recommend this dealership!

Roger Cote was great! He made quick work of the negotiations and his follow through on the paperwork end was great. His attention detail was outstanding as well as he got all the way down to asking me what color license plate screws I wanted. Juan Lozada the Sales manager helped to get me the best rate possible and worked with me to get the trade in numbers I was looking for. Also, Ally Rock was very nice and personable and helped to explain all the pros & cons to gap insurance and additional warranty options that were available to me. Kudos to the Lia team!
