I have been a long time customer of Lia Honda, mainly because they redefine everything you think of when you think of a dealership. This is in part because of the staff they have working there. In particular - Marc Genovese. This man should be sainted. After my Fit suddenly blew its transmission, Marc not only helped me get into a new car, he restored my faith in human beings. My situation was one that Marc easily could have taken advantage of, but instead he had so much empathy for me. Not once during this process did he make it about him or the dealership, instead he was always meeting me where I was at and helping me clear the roadblocks. I cannot recommend working with Marc enough. If you need a car, call the guy. He'll get you what you need and give you a laugh or three in the process.

Had a great experience with Marc purchasing our new to us CRV. Super chill and straightforward salesman who helped us close a deal quickly. If you want to avoid the bs of the 80s salesman and grab a good Honda make sure you ask for Marc.
