Matthew Verge was very friendly and helpful during my last service appointment. He was able and willing to use recently-bought (and already installed) parts to complete the repair. When one of these parts wasn't suitable, he arranged to buy a replacement immediately from AutoZone so that I didn't have to make another trip from Northfield to Northampton. His assistance was greatly appreciated!

Matthew Verge assisted me with my car service at the Lia Honda dealership in Northampton. He was courteous and very helpful upon my arrival. Even though I arrived early, as my errands did not take me as long as I anticipated, Matt went over the work to be done and costs and what was still under warranty. Matt directed me to the waiting area and made no promises about my car being worked on earlier than the scheduled appointment time, which was fine with me. Once the car was ready, Matt let me know and went over the paperwork. Matt, thank you so much for all your help.

I drove into Lia Honda late in the afternoon on a very cold day with a dying battery (I needed a jump start to get there). Matthew Verge arranged for a new battery to be installed right away and in less than an hour we were on our way.

I schedule a routine maintenance appointment & the day and time I was hoping for was available. Upon arrival I was greeted by Matthew Verge who told me what services my car would need at the current miles. During the services I was sent updates about my car. When I returned my car was ready to go! Matthew even offered a promotional discount happening during the month of June which saved some money - always a lovely surprise!
