I had a very pleasant experience with Michael and found a car I liked and we reached a purchase agreement. However, the sales manager stated that Lia Honda has a Pre Purchase Inspection policy in which the inspection cannot exceed 1 hour. I found this strange, since pre-purchase inspections (2-3 hours) are standard practice for used vehicles. The staff refused to accommodate my request. The sales manager recommended a mechanic who could perform the inspection in under 30 minutes… I decided to walk away.

Michael Whitsett sold me my car and was really great to us. He spoke with me over the phone ahead of time so he could pick out a car that I would like before I even got to my appointment. We were immediately able to test drive the car and I loved it. He answered all our questions and was really considerate of finding me what I wanted. The car he picked out for me was perfect for me. I would really recommend seeing Michael if you’re going to buy a car from here. He made sure the whole process went smoothly making buying a car which is usually stressful feel like a walk in the park!
