Overall, Lia does a great job!! The people there are friendly, professional and helpful. And although my salesman, Tim Thornton, may not be as experienced as some others, he did a great job!! As an older, single woman I appreciated that he was not an aggressive sales person, but instead was very patient and answered my many questions as well as my sons who was guiding me on the phone. Also, Z was extremely helpful with all the financials. Since this is my 2nd purchase from Lia I would like to also acknowledge Jill who is wonderful in the service department. Honestly, although I looked at Toyota vehicles as well I like and trust Lia. So thank you to the entire team!! Im a Honda girl for life!!
