So, my 10 month new Honda CRV hybrid key did not work without pressing the Open button; just holding the faub didnt work. I am from out of town (Rochester NY) and went to the Honda dealership in Northampton MA to buy a new battery for the faub. Trevor wouldnt let me pay, as he did NOT want to sell me the battery if the faub did not work correctly. He replaced the battery. Showed me how to open the faub ( I would have used the key to open the faub, as I have done on other Hondas I have owned.) He used a small screw driver as the key would be ruined if I used it in that manner. 1st new information to me ( it is not in the manual). 2nd he showed me how to use the Key to get into the car manually, should the faub not work. And 3rd, he showed me how to use the faub to start the car, if the touching Start wouldnt work. Impressive. Thank you so much!

Worst car buying experience of my life. The car is great and I thought I could just forgive and forget all the stuff that was terribly handled with my account but I cannot. Continuous delays in delivery, poor communication, terrible incompetent service employees that installed overpriced accessories incorrectly, damaging my NEW vehicle multiple times, overpriced basically nontransferable warranties pushed beyond refusal, and a gm that seemed drunk when I met him.... I'm going to be encouraging Honda corporate shut this xxxxshow down. Pathetic
