Behind the scenes, he partnered closely with Zahran ("Z") in finance to structure the numbers. They stacked every available incentive—including manufacturer loyalty and the state MOR-EV point-of-sale rebate—to put together a stellar deal that beat everyone else around. Seriously, I check leasehackr, Edmunds, and a bunch of reddit posts/forums when researching deals and they may have given me one of the best in the country. When a few administrative wrinkles popped up with our new MAPFRE insurance updates right before pickup, Z handled the back-end coordination directly with the lender to keep everything on track, ensuring zero surprises at the signing table. Extremely accommodating, a young man by the name of Chad worked with me to find a vehicle in my price range. He never pressured me at all. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income. The staff, including Zakaran were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them!

I have never bought a car from a dealer before and I found a Hyundai Kona on the internet I liked. So, I came to Lia, met with Chad, and he was just so very wonderful! I was so nervous throughout the process and Chad was so patient, reassuring, and kind. The process was very easy and I did not feel any pressure to pay more than I could afford.
