Extremely accommodating, a young man by the name of Chad worked with me to find a vehicle in my price range. He never pressured me at all. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income. The staff, including Zakaran were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them!

We are on car #2 with Lia. What had us coming back was our first experience, and it was working with Alfredo Settembre. It was to our delight to know after over a year, he was still with Lia! So over this past weekend we worked with him & the wonderful Zahran Zafar, to opt into another lease. The whole process was smooth - from test drive to the drive home. These guys know their stuff. I have never bought a car from a dealer before and I found a Hyundai Kona on the internet I liked. So, I came to Lia, met with Chad, and he was just so very wonderful! I was so nervous throughout the process and Chad was so patient, reassuring, and kind. The process was very easy and I did not feel any pressure to pay more than I could afford. After working with Chad and making a deal, I met with Zahran, who was equally kind and wonderful. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a new vehicle to visit Lia Honda in Northampton, I felt so well taken care of and valued beyond just a potential car buyer. Sales Associate Desean Martinez helped us figure out the workings and features on the new car and Parts Manager Dale S was, as always, a great help getting the car set up with equipment we needed!!
