Christopher Whiteside is an excellent Mgr. for his salespeople to emulate. He listened to our situation before recommending a product that met our needs. NOT ONE Dealership of 9 I visited and spent time would TRY to help and if they did it was the same offer. Lia Honda of Kingston, specifically Christopher Whiteside the manager there , went above and beyond by making my approval and purchase a priority! I was treated as if I had excellent credit and shocked with the offer that was obtained and I know it wasn’t easy. I was desperate and almost took a deal from another dealer but was referred here and felt good energy and genuine care. They even instructed me on how to build, maintain and focus on credit things I wasn’t known about. To anyone who has read a bad review or heard negative things, go see for yourself and hopefully you also meet the right staff! Thanks you again Lia!

Thanks so much to Honda of Kingston for your patients in dealing with a person that knows nothing about cars and had no idea what I wanted. You guys were great!!! I never knew of a dealership that’s main concern was to have a happy customer. Well, you succeeded w/ me! I love my CRV! And greatly appreciate Sales Mgr .
