At my last visit, Jared met me in the garage. Walked around my car with me. Confirmed the reason for my appointment (oil change). And a tech took my car into the shop. Very quick and efficient. Jared also checked for recalls and recommended services. He explained everything that needed to be done. An hour later, the work was done. Even had the car washed!! The cashier was super nice and polite. Only one problem; the cabin fan was making a noise. Jared diagnosed the problem, had a tech take the car and fix the problem in 2 minutes! apparently, when the cabin filter was replaced, some debris was caught in the housing. All fixed and out the door. Quick. Efficient. Pleasant. Thank you, Jared.

Nothing but liars They quoted us $1,300 for an oil change spark plug gasket valve adjustment cool exchange we dropped it off told them let's do the tires too or four they said no problem they even have coupons for us that was great thank you went to pick up the car $2,100 when they call us in the morning they told us us $1,600 what the tires and everything we discuss with all the discounts too we said that's awesome great how did it go from 1300 to 2100 just by adding the tires and no discount and by the way they never did the oil change these people look so miserable reflects their attitude towards their customers

I was pleased with the service I received this time at Lia Honda! It was easy to schedule online to make my appointment. When I arrived Dennis Raskin was very courteous and friendly. My car was serviced and returned to me within the estimated time Dennis originally gave me! Thanks Dennis& Lia Honda!

Came in for state inspection I dealt with Rebecca Shermerhorn and Jared Stoutenburg . Both very professional and extremely kind. Jared ALWAYS looks out for me. Becca was amazing. She gave her recommendations without pressure. My experience was top notch!!! I thank you both!! Dealing with Lia Honda has never been better.

I have been using the Honda of Kingston, Lia of Honda for years - the manager Sue has been An amazing asset to the company. They are all incredibly professional, but have that very personal and caring attitude. Ive had my car serviced I believe since 2001 when I bought my first Honda CRV Robert Munson has been outstanding. He is helpful, so reliable and trustworthy. I always leave feeling taken care of. They have never steered me wrong.
