We recently purchased a Pilot from a dealership that is out of town. Being older and not very technical, my husband and I were getting frustrated and we were having issues setting up users as well as some of the other options. We were trying to avoid traveling out of town to get help setting things up so my husband called Lia and was told that Jeremy was the person we needed to speak with. Jeremy took time out of his busy work day, listened to our concerns, and set things up the way we requested. He answered every question we had and demonstrated how to do things several times until we were comfortable. He is a friendly, polite, courteous and kind young man who truly went above and beyond to help us out. Lia Honda, you’ve got yourself a gem with having Jeremy on your team!

Jeremy Mcevoy at Lia Honda is a wonderful salesman to do business with, he made the process 123, he is a friendly guy working hard to help people and this young man deserves some recognition for his ability to communicate in a such a friendly in a positive manner, an absolute professional, My car still had to get detailed so I couldn’t pick it up till the morning, Jermey came up with an idea for me to take a rental home and he would personally deliver my new car to my house the following evening and when I got home from from work, he would drive the rental back. I agreed the next day Jeremy reached out and said he was on his way and the process couldn’t have gone any smoother. Lia Honda has free coffee while u wait take advantage of that nice machine while you are there. Anyways love my new civic I’m in the industry myself and these Hondas are the best money can buy they run forever if you maintain em, plus the apple car play is sweet thanks!
