Sue, John & Marco in Service rock but do not purchase vehicles from them. Bought 8+ vehicles from them & the sales manager insulted us with his bottom line; we were there to purchase 2 cars. He wouldn't budge until we walked out the door; we left & now purchase elsewhere.

Nothing but liars They quoted us $1,300 for an oil change spark plug gasket valve adjustment cool exchange we dropped it off told them let's do the tires too or four they said no problem they even have coupons for us that was great thank you went to pick up the car $2,100 when they call us in the morning they told us us $1,600 what the tires and everything we discuss with all the discounts too we said that's awesome great how did it go from 1300 to 2100 just by adding the tires and no discount and by the way they never did the oil change these people look so miserable reflects their attitude towards their customers

Had an issue on Monday night with my car and knew it was the alternator. Brought it in the next day and fixed by the afternoon. I was not expecting it back for at least another day. Theo worked with me on the final price and John worked in my car was great.

I have been using the Honda of Kingston, Lia of Honda for years - the manager Sue has been An amazing asset to the company. They are all incredibly professional, but have that very personal and caring attitude. Ive had my car serviced I believe since 2001 when I bought my first Honda CRV Robert Munson has been outstanding. He is helpful, so reliable and trustworthy. I always leave feeling taken care of. They have never steered me wrong. Robert Munson has exceptional managerial Skills, he is efficient and professional, and super pleasant All the office and service people there have always been wonderful to me. Thank you! Joyce R

Lia has the best service staff, but Sue Kelly and John ODonnell are the ancestors to all my cars. And Im now on my forth with them. Sue looks beyond the car insuring my emotions are intact! And John cares for the hardware and mechanicals to keep me safe on the road. They are my go-tos when its time for service or theyll fit me in on emergency. Definitely family after 3+ decades
