Excellent customer service by Joseph but my brakes still feel squishy. My son was in from out of town 1 week after the brakes were relooked at and he asked, “when are you getting your brakes done. They feel squishy.” Good service reps but not too thrilled with the repairs.

Great experience at Lia Honda of Kingston Service department. Joe Essency took great care of my vehicle and made sure I was kept up to date on its progress in the service bay. I especially appreciated how the mechanic working on the vehicle made a video of the different areas of the vehicle that might need service and then sent a link to my phone so I could review and approve or defer the service. I did not feel pressured, but the mechanic explained why I might need a particular service at this time and pointed out the area of concern in the video. On leaving I felt like my vehicle was in tip-top shape and ready for the road.
