I had an incredible experience (almost too good?) at Lia Honda, so much so that I wish I didn't get an EV so I have to go there more often (no oil changes, etc). Nicole Leader, Jeremy, and Curtis helped me get the EV I wanted at a price that worked for me, took my trade in. When I had more EV tech questions (since they're discontinuing the Prologue), Jeremy was able to "nerd" out with me and explain the things I'd seen online and made sure I knew everything I needed to know to take the calculated risk of any issues. Nicole was awesome to work with, fun, warm, and hopefully Honda keeps making cars I want for years to come so I can make her help me again. I have been to 3 dealers in the area for my different cars and I can't say I've ever had such an amazingly warm, no nonsense experience, in my life, where I went back to say goodbye to everyone when I went to pick up my extra accessories. Thank you again, team Honda Prologue!
