I met Rob Munson several Hondas ago. So he has been at Lia Honda for quite awhile, which speaks for itself. But to expand, Rob is always laid back, and tells you what your vehicle needs without being all "salesey" about it. Rob has also generously whenever $ was tight on my end, applied maintenance service coupons I was either unaware of, or HAD received via email, and forgotten about, which has helped make keeping on-time maintenance more manageable during otherwise difficult financial times for me. I would like to recognize Rob as not only an amazing asset to Lia Honda, but to our community of Honda enthusiasts here in Kingston.

Service advisor Rob Munson deserves six stars. He is courteous, very professional, and his work saved me a ton of money. I have an older CRV that needed work done and Rob was awesome. If the sales department is anything like Rob and the service department, I will definitely be buying my next Honda from Lia Honda of Kingston. 👍🏾👍🏾

Robert Munson is a Rockstar I used to think it was just because I bought my car here that they were giving me special treatment, but having eavesdropped on several conversations while in the service department, I realized it's just a great culture backed by people… that really care. I feel like Rob is the leader of this mentality and what a great thing for Honda. Attention to detail, knowledge and support. Place is great.

This service shop is the best!! Service manager Sue always takes wonderful care of me. Rob is also excellent. They give me good advice that I know I can rely on. I bought my current car from Morehead of Kingston and have been with Lia ever since they took over.
