I have owned Hondas throughout the years and continue to bring my vehicles to Lia Honda in Kingston. In the past, I have taken my cars to backyard mechanics to save money. This resulted in wasted time, energy, and money. I ended up bringing my car back to Honda to have the job done right. Yes, bringing your car to a dealership comes at a higher price point. However, in return you receive competence, professionalism, peace of mind, and a shiny, clean car (thanks to the complimentary car wash). Nothing but liars They quoted us $1,300 for an oil change spark plug gasket valve adjustment cool exchange we dropped it off told them let's do the tires too or four they said no problem they even have coupons for us that was great thank you went to pick up the car $2,100 when they call us in the morning they told us us $1,600 what the tires and everything we discuss with all the discounts too we said that's awesome great how did it go from 1300 to 2100 just by adding the tires and no discount and by the way they never did the oil change these people look so miserable reflects their attitude towards their customers

Service advisor Rob Munson deserves six stars. He is courteous, very professional, and his work saved me a ton of money. I have an older CRV that needed work done and Rob was awesome. If the sales department is anything like Rob and the service department, I will definitely be buying my next Honda from Lia Honda of Kingston.
