After two years of not seeing Caitlyn Bendick, it was nice that when I walked in for my test drive she immediately recognized me and she was flexible with my schedule that day. She also worked with all my questions and expectations to find me the deal that most closely matched what I was looking for. The day of the pick up was very busy but she kept the process going smoothly and kept me engaged with chat while we waited for my turn. She did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.

Caitlyn Bendick epitomized what I would expect from a competent car sales person. Firstly, my experience was pressure free and I am grateful for that. Caitlyn was also extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the car I was interested in, namely the Elantra hybrid limited. Her patience with my father and I added to her credibility. The day after we bought the car I noticed some minor imperfections on the glass windows and returned to the dealership to show Caitlyn. She immediately addressed my concerns and used a foam spray to fix the problem stating that we can stop by anytime to receive help with any questions or concerns. Caitlyn and the team at Lia made my car buying experience a truly enjoyable one!
