I brought my car in, not knowing what was going on with it. In the end I needed to have my entire engine replaced. Thankfully, due to the amazing warranty, every bit was covered. Chloe made this process incredibly easy, explained every step, and communicated often to keep Informed of progress. They were even able to loan me a car and the process was simple and easy! I will continue to use Chloe and Lia Hyundai for all my future car needs!

Lia Hyundai in Albany New York met my expectations once again. Chloe Daguillo was my service advisor on this service appointment. Chloe is very kind, friendly and helpful. She explained what I needed on my car. Chloe made sure I was able to use a coupon I was emailed from Lia towards the service charges. I asked Chloe if I could meet the service person that worked on my car. I like to Thank people that work so hard to serve us. She brought him out. His name is Dom, very kind as well and I will be requesting him to work on my cars in future visits. All of the employees I have had any communication with at this dealership have been very friendly, thorough and helpful. Thank You Lia
